Adding a Customer to the Basket

If the customer has a CustomerCard type Identifier defined in his/her settings, you can scan customer’s ID card; POS will then automatically search for the customer’s information. and add it to the Basket. Otherwise you can add the customer to the Basket following the instructions below.

1. Press Menu. Workstation menu is displayed.

2. Press Find Customers.

3. Enter a search term for customer, and press OK.

   

4. The customers matching the criteria are displayed in a list form. Press on a customer's row to select and add the customer to the Basket.
