Customer Prices versus Campaign Prices

Customer price means that the price of the product is reduced for certain customers. If a product with a customer price is also discounted because of a campaign, the bigger discount will be used: If customer-specific discount would be higher than a campaign discount, the product will be sold with the customer-specific price, and vice versa. Customer prices/discounts are always calculated from regular prices, not campaign prices. The price which is in effect can be seen in the basket and product information: the text Discount or Customer Price will be visible.

In the examples below the discounted campaign price for Fanta is €2.20, while the customer-specific price is €2. The system will determine the price of Fanta to be €2 (plus bottle deposit).
