Generating a Receipt

A receipt is generated when a product or customer is added to the Basket. This means that receipt generation starts when you do one of the following:

  • press a product tile in the POS

  • scan a product

  • add a customer to the Basket with the Find Customers function

  • add a product to the Basket with the Find Products function.
