If your POS software or hardware is unresponsive to touch or clicks by the user, follow the steps below:
Restart the POS hardware from Windows menu.
If you can’t access the Windows menu, shutting down the device from the power button is also an option.
Try shutting down the device for approximately 30 seconds. After this time, start the device again.
