Unable to Print Out Receipts

If the receipt printer of your POS has problems with printing receipts, follow the steps below. If the first step does not resolve your issue, move on to the second step.
Check that the receipt printer has
thermal paper inserted, and
that the paper has not been jammed, and
that the paper has been loaded correctly.
Restart the receipt printer.
Restart the POS hardware and receipt printer.
Unplug the receipt printer from the electrical outlet and POS hardware for approximately 30 seconds. Plug the cords back in after this.
Plug the cord between receipt printer and POS hardware to another USB slot.
