If your Verifone Yomani payment terminal is not functioning as intended, follow the steps below. If the first step does not resolve your issue, move on to the second step.
Restart the device.
Unplug the payment terminal from the POS device.
Restart the POS device.
Check that both the payment terminal and the POS device have a working internet connection.
Check that the Communication Port in the workstation's Payment Service is correct.
You can check the Communication Port settings with Windows Device Manager.
