WooCommerce

WooCommerce is an online store system which can be integrated with Solteq Commerce Cloud by using Solteq Connector.

The following table describes the data transferred between the systems when the integration has been taken into use.

Products	Solteq Commerce Cloud → WooCommerce	Solteq Commerce Cloud system generates product messages when product basic data is modified. Product messages generated by the Solteq Commerce Cloud system contain product’s basic data, such as model number code sales price purchase price discounted price. Enriching product data with images and marketing texts (for example) will be done in WooCommerce or other external system. Integrations for this data are also possible; note, however, that this requires a separate work order and will be invoiced separately. The frequency and scheduling of product messages generated by Solteq Commerce Cloud towards WooCommerce can be defined according to the requirements.
Stock balances	Solteq Commerce Cloud → WooCommerce	Solteq Commerce Cloud system generates balance messages when the balance data of the product is modified. The balance message generated by Solteq Commerce Cloud will include current free balance reserved balance store information. The frequency and scheduling of balance messages generated by Solteq Commerce Cloud towards WooCommerce can be defined according to the requirements.
Customers	Solteq Commerce Cloud → WooCommerce	Solteq Commerce Cloud system generates customer messages when the customer data is modified. The message generated by Solteq Commerce Cloud contains basic customer data including name contact information address information. The frequency and scheduling of customer messages generated by Solteq Commerce Cloud system towards WooCommerce can be defined according to the requirements.
Customers	WooCommerce → Solteq Commerce Cloud	New and modified customer data will be fetched from WooCommerce and transferred to Solteq Commerce Cloud system. The frequency and scheduling of customer messages generated by WooCommerce towards Solteq Commerce Cloud system can be defined according to the requirements.
Sales	WooCommerce → Solteq Commerce Cloud	Sales from the online store will be fetched from WooCommerce and sent to the Solteq Commerce Cloud system. The frequency and scheduling of sending sales to Solteq Commerce Cloud can be defined according to the requirements.
Campaign Prices	Solteq Commerce Cloud → WooCommerce	The product-specific campaign prices in Solteq Commerce Cloud system can be transferred to WooCommerce. Product, group, and supplier level campaign pricing is supported. In WooCommerce the campaign price defined in Solteq Commerce Cloud system is transferred to the online store discount price.
