POS Journal
You can generate a POS Journal report which contains the following data for the given data range, in chronological order:
logins
logouts
cash drawer openings
fiscal report failures
sales
refunds
canceled errors
printouts
daily reports.
The report will be sent in .TXT format to the e-mail address(es) you provide when generating the report.
Generate a POS Journal Report
Select Statistics in the Back Office Menu.
Click POS Journal. The POS Journal view is displayed.
POS Journal view
Select the Start Date and End Date for the report.
Select the Workstations whose data will be included in the report.
Enter the Email address the report will be sent to (the default is your own address)
You can add additional e-mail addresses by clicking +Add New Email.
Click Create Report to send the report.
