Creating a new purchase order.

Adding the purchase order for a specific stock was rejected by the server. There may be problems in the basic purchase data or product data.

Authorization declined

Making a payment on POS.

Client was not authorized to make the payment.

Contact administration.

Delete account failed

Deleting an unused account in Accounting.

There has been a server problem with deleting the account.

Try again later.

PIN code is already in use

Attempting to create a new user or update existing user’s information.

The PIN code has been already used by other user, and cannot be used.

Change the user’s PIN code and try to save the changes again.

Error! Try perform action again

Clicking the Is Active toggle switch on the Users list.

Error occurred on the server while trying to enable/disable a user.

Refresh the page in the browser and try again.

Failed

Usually when saving data.

An unexpected error occurred when saving data.

Order could not be created in external system

Creating an order in an external system.

Failed sending order to kitchen

Service is trying to send the order to Kitchen Service.

Communication problem between services, or other server error.

Failed setting order payed in external system

Attempting to pay for an order in an external system.

Order could not be paid in the external system because of a temporary communications problem or erroneous message.

If the order is left in this status, set the order as Paid manually in the external system, and then also set it as Paid in the Back Office.

Could not upload the file. Please try again.

Importing a translation file or inventory.

Server had an issue with processing the file.

Check that the file is in correct format, and/or that its contents are not faulty or corrupted, and try again.

Fiscal failed

Fiscal Service is trying to process an order.

Fiscal Service had a problem with processing an order.

Incorrect PIN

POS customer entered an incorrect PIN during payment.

POS client put incorrect PIN

The customer must enter a correct PIN.

Check that the categories assigned to the product are not corrupted or duplicated. Then try save the data again.

Check that the configuration data is not corrupted or duplicated.

Updating currency data.

The updated currency values are incorrect.

Check unless the currency doesn't exist yet and value is correct.

A server error occurred while updating data provider data.

Check whether data provider data is correct. If there are errors, correct them and save the page again.

Update ingredient failed

Updating ingredient data.

A server error occurred when saving ingredient data.

Check if ingredient data is correct and then try to save it again

Incorrect data was entered in the input mask form.

Correct the input mask form data and save it again.

The entered data is duplicate of existing data.

Remove duplicated values.

You cannot set fixed price for all products

It is possible to set discount percent values for a group of products or set fixed price individually for each product.
