A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Accounting Report

In the Account Reports view you can view the account report in real-time, as well as print it out using the selected date range.

You can also view transactions made for an account order-specifically in the Orders view, by using the Account filter.

You can export the report in

  • Excel format by clicking the Export button, or

  • SIE-4 format by clicking the three dots icon and selecting Export SIE-4.
