A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Webshop

Solteq Commerce Cloud enables you to create and manage webshops.

To take webshops into use:

  1. Click the Webshop switch to ON position in Company Configurations and Save your settings.

  2. Give the required Webshop: Read/Write permissions to various user groups in user group settings.

When webshops have been enabled, the Webshop menu item appears in the Back Office menu. Click it to view webshop brands, list of webshops, as well as webshop Documents.
