A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Monthly Report

You can generate a monthly report and export it in Excel format from the Back Office. The image below shows an example of the report.

Generate a Monthly Report

  1. Click Statistics in the Back Office menu

  2. Add Business Date filter

  3. Select Full Months and the month you want to generate the report for.

  4. Click Apply Filters.

  5. Click Export to Excel.

  6. Open the Excel file to view the report.
