If your kitchen tablet application is not working as expected, follow the steps below. If the first step does not resolve your issue, move on to the second step.

Check that the internet connection is working on both POS and the kitchen tablet.

We recommend that the POS and kitchen tablet devices are connected to the same network.

Check kitchen tablet application settings.

Kitchen Service Host and Kitchen Service Port should match for the tablet to work.

Restart the application.
