If your POS software or hardware does not turn on or fails to start, follow the steps below:
If the POS Software Fails to Start

Restart the POS hardware from Windows menu.

If you can’t access the Windows menu, shutting down the device from the power button is also an option.

If the POS Hardware Fails to Start

Check that all the cables are properly attached to the POS hardware.

Try plugging the POS power cord to another outlet.

Unplug the POS hardware for approximately 30 seconds and try starting POS.

If POS seems to power on, but you are unable to access Windows desktop due to an error, restart the POS.
