Unable to Print Out Kitchen Printouts

If your kitchen receipt printer has problems with printing receipts, follow the steps below. If the first step does not resolve your issue, move on to the second step.

  1. Check that the receipt printer has

    1. thermal paper inserted, and

    2. that the paper has not been jammed, and

    3. that the paper has been loaded correctly.

  2. If your kitchen printer is not connected to the POS with a cord, check that the internet connection is working in the POS and in the kitchen printer.

  3. Restart the printer.
