A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Translations

In the Translations view of the Back Office you can export and import translations used in Kiosk and Webshop for:

Translations are exported/imported in Excel format. You can download the current translations by clicking the Download button, and import translations by clicking Import.

Importing Polish or Danish translations is not currently supported. Remove this column before importing the file to the Back Office; otherwise the system will display an error message.
