A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Price Correction Settings

Use the Price correction setting to define whether it is possible to adjust the prices of products in the Store when they are sold:

  • If price correction is set to OFF, the prices are always set, and no manual discounts can be given (discounts from campaigns are still applied).

  • If the Price Correction switch is in ON position, a pen icon will be visible in the product information; click the icon to adjust the price of the product row.

Users need to belong to an user group with Manual discounts permission to adjust the prices.

Price Correction switch does not affect adjusting the total price of the Basket, only single product rows; users with Manual discounts permission can change the total price of the Basket even if the switch is in OFF position.
