A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Editing Product Information

In order to edit company-wide product information (such as Current company price of a product) in the Back Office you must belong to a user group with Products: Modify permissions.

To create store-specific pricing for products, see Using Store-Specific Pricing.

  1. Check that you have selected All stores from the Back Office toolbar’s drop-down menu.

  2. Click Products in the Back Office menu.

  3. Select a product from the product list. The product information is displayed.

  4. Click Edit and make your changes.

  5. Save your changes by clicking Submit.
