A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Kitchen Service

Kitchen Service defines the following configurations for the workstation:

  • whether the service in use or not

  • whether kitchen mobile application in use or not

  • time to display the ready order on tablet (in seconds)

  • time to display ready order on screen (in seconds)

  • service URL

    • It is recommended to leave this empty, as workstation can change IP address dynamically, resulting in Kitchen Service being unable to start. If workstation has multiple ethernet interfaces, it might automatically use the wrong interface; in this case it is mandatory to setup URL manually, for example: http://192.168.0.11:9001.
