A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

POS Service


Use these settings to select the POS layout used in the workstation, as well as other settings related to POS usage.

If you want any changes to the configurations to be immediately in effect, you need to use Refresh function in the workstations to update the data

Do not change the Internal Port settings. Cloud sync time setting can be changed, if needed.

Cloud Sync

When sending an order from the workstation to Cloud is unsuccessful, the workstation will attempt to resend the order. Use this setting to determine the frequency of these resending attempts. The default value is 30 minutes.

PosLayout

Use this setting to define the POS layout used in the workstation.
