A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Adding a Standalone Payment Terminal

  1. Go to the workstation Payment Service settings and click New. 

  2. Select the Type of payment method: Internal from the drop-down menu, and enter the Name for it.

    • Name should be short, without spaces, and comprised only of letters and/or numbers (no special characters).

  3. Click Add payment method.

  4. Now you can modify the new payment method configurations. The following settings are recommended:

    • Is main: ON

    • Payment in use: ON

    • Other toggle switches should be in OFF position.

    • Overpayment option: None.
