Exporting and Importing Customer Information with Excel
You can create and update customer information to Solteq Commerce Cloud by using Excel import/export. Exporting/importing is done in the Customers view of the Back Office.
To download the customer template Excel files, click the Download Templates icon in the Customers view toolbar.

Two separate files, CompanyCustomerTemplate.xlsx and PrivateCustomerTemplate.xlsx are then saved on your computer. See the detailed descriptions of the fields in Customer Export/Import Excel Fields.
