A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Revoking a Gift Card

You can revoke gift cards in the Back Office.

Revoking a gift card cannot be undone later.

The reason for revoking the gift card will be visible in the gift card details.

  1. In the Gift Cards view, select a card by clicking it. Gift card details are displayed.

  2. Click Revoke.

  3. Enter the reason for revoking the card in the Reason field.

  4. Click Revoke to confirm.
