A hotfix package will be released today September 9th, 2026 to Solteq Commerce Cloud. It will fix a problem that caused ingredient and product option selections to be missing from the final receipt in certain circumstances. The hotfix is applied to the Kiosk module only. Back Office, POS (normal & pilot), Mobile POS and the integrated webshop will all be functioning normally and without any interruptions.

Refunding a Pawn with a Negative Row


In order to use this feature, you need to belong to a user group which has the permission to use Negative row POS action.

  1. Press the Negative Row action tile.

  2. Enter the sum for the open product and press Accept.

  3. Basket rows are now updated. You can now continue adding products to the Basket or start payment.
