Adding a Customer to the Basket
If the customer has a CustomerCard type Identifier defined in his/her settings, you can scan customer’s ID card; POS will then automatically search for the customer’s information. and add it to the Basket. Otherwise you can add the customer to the Basket following the instructions below.
Any of following customer information can be used as the search criteria:
Name (First, Last and Company Name)
Phone number
City
Postal code
Customer Identifier
If the Type of the identifier is Number, you can use just one character as the search criteria.
Email
Tax code
Press Menu. Workstation menu is displayed.
Press Find Customers. The Find Customers view is displayed.

Select a search criteria you want to use by pressing the field.
Enter a search term for customer, and press Find.
The customers matching the criteria are displayed in a list form. Press on a customer's row to select and add the customer to the Basket.

Search results
You can press the Expand/Collapse icon in the upper right-hand corner to display only the search results.
